"Needed Full service on my Nissan navara ..I was quoted $1350 including parts and all oils..I gave the OK Wednesday 8am drop car to start service and 10am I got call from guys the price for full service on my Nissan navara has gone up to almost $1800 which I refuse the$1800 and i told the person im on phone with i was given the quote at $1350 and he was shocked when I told him that..pick my car up in afternoon and i was shocked to see the invoice of $1338.73 is only cove the oils, filters. And the labour..and the rest they only done the inspection and report on the invoice..now I've lost my interest giving this place my business again..ive been to this place twice and spent around about $1600+ and 4 other cars in line to take there for their business..owell I'll look elsewhere.. Dam what in the hell is workshop consumable fees and? EPA Environment recovery service fees?I been charge those fees."

"I first asked this company if they could fix my fan on the climate system which sometime works and then next time does not work. I advised them that I had checked the relays and fuses and the last time it happened another company replaced the resistor which fixed it. So I left the car with them and the first day they said they could not find the fix as it needs an auto elec. I said that’s fine I will leave the car for another day just need it fixed. The next day I went to pickup the car and then said that will be $300 which I said ok and paid. They then told me they could not fix it so I said why have I paid $300 if you did not fix it as I told them the problem. They explained they had to do diagnosis without outcome. There was no outcome just you need to go to an auto elect. Which I thought they were doing at least they could of replaced the resistor but nothing for my $300. This was not good service as you would expect something for your money. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Be carefull."
