"My car was damaged front bumper and right sensor since last year 2022 October. I went there 4 times job couldn’t be finished. Only their 1st time job bumper was replaced new bumper. They called me leave my car 3 times more without fixing right and UNDONE and excuses every time said wasn’t the right part , ordered wrong . It wasted my time leaving there for 3 days, 5 days and 7 days unfixed and undone . I was so angry because it couldn’t be wrong to order for Right one. They even didn’t check if part was correctly order before they asked customer back to leave car but nothing can be done. Had made a complaint to my insurance check bills. Unreliable and irresponsible. Not recommend. So disappointed 8 months 4 times there still unfixed. !!!"

"Just wondering if all your clients are aware you are parking there cars illegally out on the street? Some over the weekend? It is illegal to park within 3 metres of a solid white line and cars at at risk of being further damaged by trucks. Council has been notified."

Special thanks to mark for moving heaven and earth to fix my bumper in such a short time frame considering my personal circumstances and moving interstate. Nothing was a problem. Easy process report at reception then brief wait for staff to discuss repairs and timeframe for work to be finished. They organise an uber as per comprehensive car policy and will call when the repairs are finished."
