"It's a big outlet with lots of items. I used to compare prices from kmart which is just upstairs. The quality of products is little better than kmart products hence prices. Very wide range of home essentials."

Usually well stocked and clean, lots of staff available to assist ,checkout staff are usually helpful especially the gentleman who's there during the midweek. Specials are pretty competitive and goods especially the clothes are better quality than K@#$T. Have picked up orders instore ,purchased online without any dramas. Items have always been neatly packed and ready on time. My favorite Big W shop. Loads of parking in the Westfield. Can be busy in the weekends but service is usually quick."
