"One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. For context, we booked a cricket lane from 8-9pm assuming as per google the facility closes at 11pm. When we called up she had no issues with the booking. Naturally most times the prior session goes past 8pm, so we waited till they finished to begin our session. We started around 8.15, and assumed we would be getting the full hour (till 9.15). Little did we know that the lady managing the place “wanted to go home”. She was like we “always close the facility at 9pm” , and had no care at for the fact that we started at 8.15, as she only wanted to home. To add to it, we were also made to pay for the hour! And before we even finished off she shut down her eftpos machine and made us pay in cash. These kind of people shouldn’t be running businesses. This place has so much potential but if this lady continues to run/work here people wont be thinking of coming back. We defs won’t be!"

"Very rude and impolite staff .Booked a cricket net for an hour at 8pm however we got the net at 8.15pm but kicks us out within 45 minutes because she “have to go home “ and charged us $50 for the 45 minute session"

"We decided to book a cricket lane as everywhere else was booked, except Frankston indoor. Now we know why. We booked for 1 hour from 8 - 9 pm. We arrived at 7:55 and there was cricket club training just finishing up. It was so congested as the whole team was leaving and we eventually got into the nets to start training at 8:15. At about 8:55 the lady there said we have 5 minutes left. We tried to say we started 15 minutes late and given that they close at 11 PM, per their website, we didn’t think it would be an issue to get our full hour until 9:15. But the lady just responded that she wants to go home and her demeanour was simply rude. We didn’t argue further and finished up at 9. But wait there’s more. I thought it only reasonable that we pay for 45 minutes but was charged for the full hour. The lady argued that the previous club was out the door by 8 pm. Clearly there’s an issue with the lady’s watch or her ability read the time, in addition to her inability to conduct a courteous business transaction given what’s happened. We were forced to take cash out as they didn’t have an eftpos working. The atm charged $2.50 for cash out and we had take out $60 as the machine did not have $50 notes. We were not asking for much, simply a fair 1 hour as we booked. But no, the lady wanted to go home and had no energy to be respectful. Great way to run a business. So this is why Frankston indoor has no bookings after 8 pm - because the staff need to go home. I recommend they visit other facilities get some training on how to treat people and to conduct a fair business. Also please learn how to update your website as it says you close at 11."

"Tuesday night session booked from 8-9. Started at 8:15 due to a cricket club using the net area (congested with the amount of people there) Tells us “5 more minutes” at 9pm when they close at 11pm according to their website. Eftpos machine was apparently down so we conveniently (for them) had to use the atm machine at the enterance which also had a surcharge. $50 for just over 45 minutes use of a cricket lane. Ridiculous."
