"The process was so easy from beginning to end. I was super-stressed after someone ran into my new car and felt overwhelmed about all the things I had to manage in the aftermath. The service Compass provided made a difficult situation much easier. The loan car was ready for me at the repairer's and then once my car was repaired, I simply dropped it back at the repairer's for collection by Compass. Friendly phone staff. Coburg staff were lovely to deal with. The loan car was an Audi A3 which was very nice to drive. The only issue was that the insurance excess on the loan vehicle was HUGE - I've never needed one before so don't know if a $3K+ excess is standard? But it made me paranoid to drive it and I was relieved to give it back! I hope to never need Compass again (obviously) but they were great."
"Great company. Amazing how much some go above and beyond. Had a small issue where the repairer called me last minute to bring in my car for repairs. So when I applied to get a loaner car from Compass, it was a public holiday weekend. But the guy who helped over the phone, in the UK mind you, coordinated everything and got everything sorted. And the local brand manager Karla was amazing. I didn’t get a similar car to mine, but she was happy to exchange into something similar. Very quick and easy. This is the second time I use them and wouldn’t use anyone else. Amazing service. Easy to use and very efficient. 5 stars from me!"
"The service has been outstanding. Had a car delivered to my home within an hour of the local Compass agent opening.. The car is modern (2021) low kms. My only complaint is the interior stinks, literally smells. It’s clean, just an off odour. I also did get contacted by text by Compass & when I called the number I got a girl who just didn’t seem to be connected to reality. Very long pauses during the call which had me asking if she was still there. I actually gave up and hung up. Later that day I received another call from a different woman who was right on the ball. All in all, a positive experience. Thanks Compass. I have been letting everyone know about your service."
