"The staff is friendly however the quality of work is appalling. After my car was initially fixed, I immediately noticed 2 issues: 1. The passenger door mirror glass almost fell off while driving on the high way. It was flickering so much that it made it very dangerous driving on the road. 2. The passenger door won't open from the inside and doesn't respond to the central locking system. After I've contacted Fix Auto, they have fixed the above issue. However now that the passenger door window doesn't work as it would only go down, but not up, and won't respond to the central electrical system. Therefore I now have a car with a passenger window down and unable to drive to work or any other locations. I can't get groceries as I can't park the car outside. It's currently stuck in the garage. I can't drive to work so have to take public transport with lots of bus replacements which is extremely frustrating. Due to my location I really can't afford to take it back for another repair and take extra time off work. The time and money it would cost to take it back and forth is really not worth it. And now I'm questioning if there are any other issues they might have overlooked that I'm currently not aware of. I don't know how this repair work passed their quality assessment check. I will have to contact my own local mechanic to fix the issue out of my own expense. Although the staff is friendly, their quality of work is very unsatisfactory. I personally would not recommend them to anyone."

"My car was taken here under my insurance after an accident. Front end was mildly damaged cosmetically. From the time the car was received in the yard I was notified and given a estimated time frame of completion. Had to call the business in the final week to organise collection etc as I had a hire car from elsewhere. They always had time to answer my questions and transparent. Nothing hidden when giving me information. Rosie on the service desk was FANTASTIC, after multiple phone calls and questions she still had the same level of care through out the process. The car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this service personally in the future."
