I had to drive off around the corner to the service station to pump up my tire myself afterwards. The repair process was relatively quick, I understand that this might be a small business, but it's hard to really compare when you can get your tire repaired properly at a tire shop (from the inside of the tire, rather than a rope plug kit). I got another tire repaired from the inside and wheels balanced for $39 at MyCar Sunshine. Hard to really beat that."
