"My business car was there . engine red sign on odometer was the issue, but couldn't find for 35 days, charged me $300 for a sconed hand odometer , but the issue was a sensor that electric specialist found it at the first sight."

"LIARS! We paid this company $150 to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car we were purchasing. We asked them specifically to review the cars transmission as we thought we felt something "off" when we took it for a test drive. The company provided us with an inspection list and told us the car was in good condition. We then requested the mechanic elaborate on the quality of the transmission as we were concerned and he assured us the transmission was in good condition for the year of the vehicle. Fast forward 2 weeks and Nissan Australia have confirmed the CVT Transmission needs to be thrown in the bin and we are up for $10,000 for a new one! Further to this, the mechanic told us at the time of the inspection that he had been looking after the car "for a long time" and the car has been well maintained by the previous owner (and again today said these exact same words) when we asked him specifically how long he was looking after the car today he told us ONE YEAR!!!!!! A car would have ONE service within ONE year!!! As further evidence to this businesses dodgy business practices, the mechanic has signed off that they inspected all the internal instruments and accessories and the CD player is completely messed up and throws an ongoing warning onto the cars screen and a crunching sound yet has not mentioned anything of it in the report. The windscreen wipers need urgent replacing as they leave streaks all over the windscreen WHICH IS A ROADWORTHY ISSUE another thing they signed off on! This company need to be audited by VicRoads! Baraka Auto Service were perceived to be an "expert" in their field at the time I appointed them to inspect the vehicle i was purchasing. I Purchased the vehicle based on the information I was provided by them. They should be held responsible for the information they have provided us about the CVT transmission like every other industry business who acts as the expert and provides advice."

"I had one of the worst experiences here of any mechanic ever getting my car roadworthied after the death of my partner. They mucked me around, took ages, and when I complained, the reception person was extremely rude. My car came back to me filthy (I had just detailed it) as though someone had put a bunch of dust and rubbish inside and blowed it with a leaf blower. The interior door jam where a seatbelt was replaced was covered in grease. My driver's door trim had been broken away from the body. My bonnet prop catch which holds the bonnet up was snapped of. Unimpressed"
