"Called a number of businesses that could change my fridge seal. I chose to go with seal a fridge because the could get to my fridge promptly (next day). The service man came on time. Fiddled around with my fridge for about 45mins trying to find the right seal. Finally tells me he would have to come back in 2.5hrs with a different seal. Arrives 3hrs later meanwhile ive waited around all day to have the seal replaced. Again tells me the seal he's come back with not the right one and as he's leaving says he'll call me tomorrow to sort out the seal. Tomorrow comes and he calls back and says "I cant waste anymore time on trying to find the seal for you". Gave me a couple of possible business names that might be able to help and says just Google them for the numbers. I was furious! Got home from work that day googled seal for my fridge model no. Whala!!!! Found a business and had a live chat with a representative. Ordered it. Arrived within 24hrs fitted it myself and saved myself $130. You guys were a waste of my time and thank god I didn't waste my money!!!"
