Kmart Dandenong

"Located within a plaza, but easy to find free parking just next to it. Was looking for a particular item (which their online system said was in stock at this brach) and when I couldn't find it, I got assistance from a staff who not only redirected me to the unexpected shelving and when she couldn't find it there either, she went to the back and got one for me from the back whilst also helping others on the way - amazing service but I think it was just credit to this one staff member. I do note that it took a while to get a hold of a staff but luckily found someone eventually, definitely lack of staff in this branch, and even items on the shelves seemed more in disarray here compared to other Kmarts. Check out wasn't near the exit as you'd expect, though it seems this is the newer system Kmart is putting in place in all their branches now. No surcharge on cards."

"Worst kmart I have been..worst customer service..worse manager..i bought a car and want to return it as a change of mind with inbreakable box and everything in it..but they still refuse it to return..i also work im retail and unless and until we are not using thing..how we can know how the thing is working..it is ridiculous.."

"37 times I have called to try and speak to someone in regards to a stock check. Online says in stock, not low stock, but won’t let me order. 37 times and no one answers the phones OR WORST someone keeps answering and giggling and hanging up."

"I found Toy box in the clearance section, and while in the shop , one old lady of kmart staff came to me , took the toy from my trolley and told me that it was on hold !!! I told her that i found it in clearance tub and she insisted that it was on hold ! As if i was lieing Told her how do you put on hold in the clearance section , called the manager and told him go back in the camers and check where it was because this is not respectful… This staff should not be working in kmart , she does not know how to talk to customers respectfully and she got mental issues!!!"

"My mom frequently shops at Kmart and dandenong branch is the only one which troubles her the most. Her English fluency isn't the best and while trying to pay, she has to stand around waiting for someone to help her. There is no staff at the payment counters and only self pay machines are being operated with one staff to guide. However, the staff lady is super rude for no reason at all and doesn't really difficult to interact with. It's no wonder Dandy Kmart is looking quieter by the day."
