"Cleanliness!! OmG when was the last time the pool was cleaned? You can rub off the scum on the edges of the pool. Also why are the kiddie pools so cold? This pool has so much potential, management needs to fix the the rapid river, clean the pool, have floors hosed down every 2 hours in change rooms, fix broken showers, fix loose tiles and uneven tiled surfaces in and around the pool and keep the pools at a good temp for kids to want to hang around also it would really lift the atmosphere by playing some music. Chuck in a slide and blow up and people would be very happy to spend more time there."

"Been going here for few months on ongoing contract. Today been told my contract got cancelled. No explanation why, not even after I showed an original email proof that it is an ongoing contract. All my payments came through. When asked if I could sign up again, got no answer just a blank stare from customer service."

"Unfortunately I have had a bad experience these last few months with the poor management from Melton Waves, every month, I require membership papers from the management and I have trouble getting a hold of them as they don't reply to my multiple emails nor follow-up. The pool it self is also very dirty and the staff aren't strict on people adhering to the policies of showering before entering the pool especially if fully clothed."

"Lovely staff, young lady at reception carefully explained all our options for joining and costs, helped me fill in application and processed everything there and then. When we went to Waves for using facilities, reception guided us to where we should be, staff in the pool area made sure we were comfortable in our new environment, lifeguards on patrol for our safety. All the staff we have met were efficient, but not abrupt, caring for our welfare but allowing us freedom to do our thing. Definitely recommend this facility whatever your age."

"Unfortunately we didn’t love the experience today at the melton wave pool. We came for a drive specifically to use the wave pool. Paid to use the area, and my participant was very excited for the waves. We enter the wave pool and hop in we wait patiently for around almost and hour and a half on and off for the waves to start. The pool staff looked miserable and unpleasant to speak to, still no waves were on. There we’re classes on the side of the wave pool area and so I believe they were not running due to classes. Which is understandable, but I feel as if your charging people to access facilities such as the wave pool, you should be notifying the patrons that it will not be on due to certain factors. There was no signage, and your pool staff didn’t regularly keep people updated. I’m sure it doesn’t sound like a big deal to most, but there was around 15 disability participants waiting for the waves to come which in my eyes is also unfair to them, as they have a right to access the wave pool despite classes happening. My participant loves the wave pool, and will often use it for their sensory needs. Despite this confusion, I hope that this feedback could be shared to improve in the future to avoid this confusion. I also just wanted to also mention that that patrons should not be responsible to keep letting the life guards know when the waves should be on. I feel that is something that should be maintained regularly, considering you offer this. How ever, the individual at the front desk today was super wonderful and very helpful, and I felt like they were an asset to your front service staff. So please pass that on.
