"Good food and lovely atmosphere. We ordered two of their lunch special which was $35 for a set of: 2 pieces of sashimi, 1 classic ramen (small size), 2 pieces of gyoza, and apple juice and lemonade. And for dessert we ordered matcha, and redbean dessert separately. The set was good, beautifully presented and the ramen we ordered both was rich and flavourful (we had a shoyu and miso ramen), the broth was a bit salty near the end but good nonetheless. The gyoza was cooked well crispy and soft, served with a base of light soy sauce. The sashimi tasted fresh, served with soy sauce, shredded cabbage and tiny dash of wasabi. The drinks we had apple juice, which was surprisingly from fresh apples, tasted great! And the lemonade was from a class of pre bought lemonade, still quite good. Now for the best part, the matcha dessert (first option in menu), the matcha jelly was deep and rich full of matcha flavour, paired well with the icecream and some sort of syrup, I would come back just for this, lovely. And the Redbean icecream was okay too but pales in comparison to the matcha, probably don't get this one. The dishes are on the pricier side, and the wait is quite long for the food to come out so be prepared for that, the ambiance was very nice, you can choose from a bar seating or banquette seating, the room was dark and warm. Customer service was good, they took the time to explain the menu items to us. Overall, will come back to try other items on the menu, recommended."
"I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, with its remarkable and truly unique ambiance, offers an experience like no other. As you step inside and pass through the curtain, you are instantly transported to a different realm, creating a stark contrast to the environment outside. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of industrial yet warm and inviting, with a lot of chatter and noise which adds to the experience. Not only is the ambiance captivating, but the food itself is an absolute delight. My companions and I ordered several small dishes to share, and we were not disappointed. The ramen dishes served here are incredibly flavorful, leaving a lasting impression on your taste buds. Additionally, the portion sizes are quite generous, ensuring that you leave the restaurant fully satisfied. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try any of the dessert offerings, as we opted to have a little wander outside on the pleasant evening and ended up enjoying some gelato. However, I have heard great things about their desserts from others who have dined there. In conclusion, I highly recommend paying a visit to this restaurant to experience its remarkable ambiance and indulge in their delectable ramen offerings. I am confident that it will leave a lasting impression on you, just as it did on me."
"Great ramen! Probably the best Japanese ramen you can find in Melbourne. On the saltier side but still quite good. All other plates were good too. Great vibes, service and nice selection of drinks too."
"A Japanese ramen restaurant with a really unique vibe. As you lift up the curtain and enter the main section of the restaurant, it's almost as if you've been transported to another dimension that completely contrasts the environment outside. The food itself was very heavy in flavour and definitely in portion size too. Unfortunately didn't get to try the cocktails but they sound amazing. Would definitely recommend coming to this place and experiencing it yourself"
