"“Very welcoming service and sympathetic to parents that are struggling with the process of being a special needs parent. I called and enquired about their services for my son. The staff member explained the wait times and I was just so upset hearing from yet another provider that services such a wait. Having her spend almost 20 minutes on the phone with me and went through things I could look into and where I could reach out to for help as a mum. Just to be listened to and have someone care was so lovely"
"I don't really have an issue the only issue is my son keeps having new person which can be annoying but other than that all is good"
"Worst of all. No courtesy to return phone call or reply to your emails. Do yourself a favor go to some one who is experienced. Totally hopeless!! And Joyce tang is therapist you must avoid"
"This is the worst business to deal with. We put our son in the list in Jun 2020, they didn't put in the wait list until December 2020. Every time we call, they say we have 300 - 400 wait list. They don't have good therapist or no one seems to enjoy working with them. They don't have a time when a child gets an appointment. My child is going to another therapy now and I am very happy with them. Its just close, so I wanted to take there. The manager name called "Cindy" threatened me to remove my child from the wait list when I asked estimated appointment date. The receptionist is super unhelpful. She said I have 230 wait list. Speech therapy should be done on the time. That's why the Government is funding for it. This company doesn't have any liability of the community and just keep people on waitlist and select from whichever they want to make money. They don't have any transparent system to show who is on waitlist and whose turn came in. Trust me, This is the worst company. My recommendation, don't wait for them to access your child. They keep you wait for a year and stat threating you and remove your innocent child from the list. Unbelievable."
