"Today I was in your store the worst shopping experience ever!!! After being in the store for around 10 minutes I went up to the two girls that were behind the counter eating and having a good old laugh. I asked 1 girl if they had a pair of Nikes in a size 5US straightaway she said no as the food she was eating was rolling around her mouth , (not a Good look) Maybe she knew her stock??? Then I asked her if she had three other pairs one for myself, partner, and my son and straight away again she said no we don’t have them sizes so that was four pairs of shoes that your store didn’t have in stock she should have just looked out the back that was quite unbelievable!! I’m in retail myself and that would be have to be the worst customer service I’ve had in along time.. But don’t worry I got all my shoes from another store and that store had five stars customer service."
"While this is not an issue with your store, I’ve had a very negative experience with Platypus, who I’ve been a loyal customer to for years. I ordered a pair of shoes online which I stated on my Australia post text message updates required a signature to be delivered. While I was at work the postman delivered and allowed another person to sign for this package. Neither Australia post or platypus has helped me with this issue both blaming each other to solve it Well I have been left alone with a $200 bill and no shoes. I had to investigate the issue myself and have a copy of the incorrect signature which platypus refuses to acknowledge. The best that they have offered me is a 20% off coupon - most retail stores have policies in place to either replace or refund you for incorrect deliveries. I can’t believe that in 2022 I am out $200 because neither company will compensate me for a mistake they were responsible for. It’s very disappointing and does not make me ever want to shop here again."

"Worst shopping experience.The music was blaring so loud it was over baring and made me feel very uncomfortable.I mentioned to the assistant that we could not hear, the shop assistant laughed and said it was set to this volumne and could not be turned lower.We left the shop and did not purchase our shoes as we could not hear what anyone was saying.We needed to know what size would be recommended and to try sizing. Exhausting and terrible"
