"I purchased three pairs of identical shoes, but in three different colours. I wore the first pair to work the next day, and before I reached the front door, the sole came away. The following day, I wore the second pair to a funeral, and whilst I was standing by the grave on the grass, the left heal snapped off. It made a loud noise and upset the funeral service. I was embarrassed. I took both pairs back to the store the following day, and they told me they could not give me a refund, but instead suggested that I post them to the manufacturer in Melbourne (at my own cost), and ask them to replace them with two new pairs. I will never shop there ever again."
"Rude greedy staff, they follow you around and always watch you, at first they would only let me try the shoe for the size in a colour I didn't want, then when I asked to try the colour they wouldn't let me try on both shoes, only one, HAHAHAHA no thanks. Nice looking shoes, but I was more than happy to let that purchase go. They were then angry that I didn't buy anything and I just walked out"

"The shoes I bought have a defect（right foot smaller than left one）. Impossible to wear to work and got my right foot hurt so bad. I went to the store for exchange within 7 days from purchase. Staff very rude and blamed me for my feet size not the same and saying they wouldn't have exchanged them if they were me. Whereas it is visible to the naked eyes that one is smaller than the other. They agreed to exchange finally but I am very upset about how I was treated. Very unpleasant experience."
