"Same day delivery gone nowhere General Manager Yaz was the one in charge. We had this same-day delivery ordered by our supplier. The tracking showed a wrong address (odd street number). They had provided a proof picture of delivery showed a place we all could not recognise. A signature was signed by a person who did not belong to our client. After the parcel was missing, our supplier contacted Yaz and had been waiting for almost one week to get no update from Yaz. When we called Yaz to follow up, he firstly said he didn't even know this and asked why no one even contacted him when this happened. Yaz quickly called his guy to investigate. Then he said we gave a wrong address only because the address we gave was a huge building and covered multi street numbers (some even numbers). The tracking shows their driver delivered to an odd number residential building. After we confirmed it was a correct address, Yaz said if it was the correct address, the odd number was within the range so it is the correct delivered address. I was shocked that Yaz could mix odd street number with a range of even street numbers. Anyway the only solution Yaz offered was to find the parcel and redeliver and he knew our client already missed the deadline. The fact was our supllier had to remake everything and sent to us overnight urgently and our client ended up had to send a Uber to pick up the parcel from us ealry next morning. Yaz rejected any compensation request for all these loss."
