"Robert severely damaged my face . He forced me to take down my previous review about the damage done to my skin . He promised to fix the damage. So I agreed. After three appointments with him , he didn’t show up for the other appointments that he made for me. I called him many times in regards to fixing the damage done to my face but he doesn’t reply . Please don’t trust this guy. He’s a con . Was kicked out of his shared practice rooms in Parramatta because of numerous complaints from other patients. His treatment doesn’t work."

"I had the most horrendous experience at Cosmedix Clinics; it's nothing but a colossal waste of time and money. I initially scheduled a free consultation to get rid of a mole and explore potential laser skin resurfacing. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was shocked to find it closed. After calling them, they informed me that "Rob," my clinician, would be there in 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for a staggering 20 minutes until he called me to say he would be another 30 minutes late. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't afford to wait any longer, but these things happen, so I let it slide. During my next appointment, Rob conducted the consultation without even bothering to properly examine my skin or remove my makeup. He haphazardly recommended 6 laser sessions, claiming I needed them despite my skin only showing some discoloration that was easily covered by makeup. Red flags should've been waving, but I foolishly brushed them aside. The costs of the treatments: $399 for mole removal, around $250 for aftercare creams and oils, and $2,000 for the laser sessions. He seemed quite knowledgeable about financing options, which now makes me wonder if this was all part of their money-making scheme. My second appointment was no better. I waited for 45 minutes before Rob even bothered to call me in. He proceeded to remove my mole, claiming it would leave only a tiny scab, but the reality is that the resulting mark is much larger than the original mole. Additionally, he performed one out of the six laser treatments during that visit. To add insult to injury, he later presented me with an absurd bill of $670 for after-treatment products, which were not part of the initial discussion. When questioned, he conveniently "couldn't recall" anything he had said before. Rob's complete lack of consistency and transparency continued, causing me to break down in tears. Leaving the clinic that day, I couldn't fathom enduring another five appointments with such a manipulative man who is clearly just after your money. Nonetheless, the next appointment was booked for two weeks later. As I was nearly at the clinic for that scheduled session, I received a last-minute call from Rob, claiming he was stuck in appointments and needed to cancel. This was infuriating, especially as I had declined holiday plans with my friends to accommodate this booking. Had I been the one to cancel last minute, they would have charged me $150 without hesitation. Following the cancellation, I tried to reschedule but received nothing but empty promises. They continuously assured me someone would contact me, but it never happened. Eventually, I decided to ask for a refund, given the awful experience I had endured. Yet, every time I made the request, they either dodged it or made false assurances that someone would get back to me. Rob finally called me back after a prolonged two weeks, only to book another appointment instead of addressing my refund request. Fed up with the blatant disrespect and waste of my time, I insisted on the refund, but he seemed ill-prepared to handle it and promised to call back, which he never did. It's clear that Cosmedix Clinics is either incompetent or just swamped with too many clients, resulting in a total disregard for customer satisfaction. I requested a refund over a month ago and have been calling them weekly, but it's apparent that I won't see a dime returned. I thoroughly researched this clinic before opting for their services, but I've never encountered such disrespect and inefficiency. I strongly advise against anyone going there. Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and financial drain."
