Most recently, when I asked to have the line on a reel changed, hearing the staff explain to each other that ‘this will be annoying’, left a sour taste. I’ll try to head to compliant angler Dandenong in future, they have been amazing whenever I have visited."

"Arrived in cowes for a holiday and keen to do some fishing only to arrive at this shop ready to spend good money to stock up. On arrival an elderly gentleman was at the counter on his laptop the entire time we were in the shop. He showed little to no interest in his customers and clearly didn't care if any sale was made. Due to this awful attitude I bought the bare necessities and took my business elsewhere! Stay well and clear of this shop if you want good service."
