"I have had to email multiple members of the Novofit team around 10 times so far requesting an invoice for a $16000 order I made 14 weeks ago now. I was initially promised delivery of the order by the end of January by their sales rep who then quit, then promised a partial shipping of the order over a month ago now with no sign of it arriving. I am unsure now if I will receive my items at all. If you are hoping to get your items in a reasonable time frame with any sort of basic customer service go elsewhere. There has to be another way to access Eleiko products in Australia without this absolute time wasting nightmare."
