"Wow if only I had read reviews before placing my order. Exactly the same as others Ordered in July for a 2-6 day click and collect item which I’m still getting the run around for at the end of August. Have requested refund and been told they can’t as item is on its way. Not once have they given me updated information it’s always me chasing them. Terrible customer service and definitely will tell people to stay well clear of them in the future. Very disappointed as my daughter has now missed out on her birthday present completely."
"Terrible. Ordered items two months ago that never came. Contacted multiple occasions and same story every time that a refund had been "issued". I disputed the transaction with my bank and sorted it out that way. Don't even waste your time trying to chase up a refund. Can't wait for consumer affairs to shut them down."
"Do not buy from this company. No updates, No tracking, item was paid weeks ago and still no update, tracking or received items in sight. Ask for refund and you get an automatic reply. Call customer service and they say your parcel is out for delivery with tracking emailed. -"
"If I could give a zero or a half star I would. This company is the very worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Tried to order 2 bike helmets online. Was lied to over and over that they had been "dispatched". After complaints one of the helmets turned up. Was still waiting for 2nd, when asked it was one its way. Eventually they refunded and told me was out-of-stock. They are the only seller of these helmets so foolishly tried a second order when website said it was in stock. What a surprise, it never showed. Many contacts and they finally gave me a gift voucher an compensation. I put an order through and paid for the postage. Nope they stuffed that up and charged me the full amount. Their way of "fixing the problem"? Give me another gift card!. So I still do not have a helmet. No refund for the wrong order. And when the wrong order turned up, part was missing from it as well! DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY."
"Ordered item 4/7/23. Told item would be sent 2-5 working days. Started calling two weeks in. Today was me 6th time calling more than 6 weeks after order. Asked for refund 3 times and told they would get back to us with a decision. Called today and told item has been shipped and gave me a tracking number. Asked them to stay on phone while I checked tracking number with Australia post. Surprise surprise no “tracking” number. So told they will get back to us. Guarantee we get no phone call and I’ll be making another post on here in a week. Please don’t use these people, waste of time and money. So frustratingly bad with no respect for customers."
