"Avoid this skin clinic at all cost. Staff are unprofessional and the receptionist is confused and is unsure of what treatments are on offer. The clinic booked me in for the wrong treatment after I had asked a few times that this was definitely the right facial that they had booked me in for , I was reassured that it was the correct one. I cancel all my appointments for Saturday and kept it free and when I arrived at the clinic I was handed a form for the wrong treatment. The therapist seemed unbothered and tried to offered me another treatment telling me it was the same as the one I had booked in for however I knew it was completely different and different equipment, she then told me that they don’t offer this treatment anymore and don’t have the machine. Please avoid this clinic - Unprofessional/ uncaring / 0 customer service skills and a lack of knowledge of skincare"

"I've had the opportunity to visit this clinic multiple times before and have always had positive experiences. However, my recent visit on Friday at the Bondi Junction location left me feeling more upset than happy. It's unfortunate that I can't recall the name of the lady I interacted with. I cannot remember the last time I was treated with such disdain. The lady in question was leaning against the wall, hands in her pockets, and adamantly refused to provide me with the treatment I had already paid for simply because I arrived 10 minutes late. I was caught in heavy traffic, leaving me with no feasible way to make it to the clinic on time. Consequently, I wasted 30 minutes commuting through the traffic, only to encounter this negative attitude upon my arrival. As I left the clinic, I made up my mind never to return. However, I want to express my utmost appreciation for Mary, who eventually (a couple of days later) took charge of my appointment. She went above and beyond to deliver the most exceptional and professional customer service I have ever received. Therefore, I wholeheartedly give Mary a five-star rating for her outstanding care and dedication."

"Fraudulent company I was sold a treatment package that wasn't available to offer and this is a fraud. I booked a consultation session for redness and pigmentation. The therapist asked me questions and entered the info into a mobile app. Then she offered me whatever the app offered, without checking my skin or any kind of examination. when I asked questions, she said I can ask everything on the appointment day from the therapist. She then charged me $599 for the package which was suppose to be on sale for black Friday. I realised later that this is a full price and she lied to me. I was booked for an appointment. I arrived 15 mins early as I was told and filled the forms and everything. I overheard one of the therapist asking her colleague if she does redness treatments and her colleague replied No. Then she asked me who booked my appointment and I explained how she looked like. After all I was told that they don't have the right headset and they have been sent a wrong headset, but I can go back in 3 days to get it done. I booked for the Monday after, but I received a call on Sunday that they still haven't got the headset. Also I received a text message saying that my hair removal appointment has been cancelled. I went back on Monday and talked to the manager and asked her to cancel the appointment and refund me the money and explain why my other appointment has been cancelled which I received no explanation. She said she will talk to the area manager about the refund and get back to me. I went back again on Tuesday and she said it will take another week and she is trying to process the refund. I went back again on the following Tuesday and she said it can take up to 11 weeks for the head office to approve the refund and there is nothing she can do about it. I asked for a higher position and she simply said I would hear the same thing from a higher position. Unbelievable attitude. Stay away from them. I will be taking a legal action as these businesses shouldn't be able to trade."
