"Very bad experience from results clinic blacktown. Got done my last face laser, they did not have cotton pads to put over my eyes, under the eye wear. I could see the red rights even when my eyes were closed. Then i hold the eyewear tightly while it was getting done. Even the whole branch is so corrupt. Providing false misleading information to the clients. Book the appointments for the clients online and when client goes to the clinic, says they are not eligible for discounts or any other offers. Agenda is when they confirm the appointment to the client, they should not provide misleading information, so clients dont waste their time. It shows discounts on the website and when you go on clinic they says no it is full price and when you shows online they says oo yea sorry we can do for half price.. very bad experience."

"AVOID USING THE SERVICES OF A COMPANY WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE THE PAID TREATMENTS! I have been a loyal client of results clinic for over 10 years and I refuse to use them anymore or recommend anyone to their clinic. I have purchased several packages and paid thousands of dollars over the years to this business and after 10 years of being a loyal client they refuse to provide me with the service in which I have paid for. I had a package expire with treatments outstanding due to Covid lockdown and the clinic being shut. When I asked for this to be extended head office claimed to have already extended the package for 6 months out of “Good Faith” however this is false! I have the original receipt which shows the original term of 18months (not 12 months and the addition 6 in which they are claiming). I don’t understand how a business can take hundreds of dollars from clients and then refuse to provide the service, especially when circumstances out of our control prevent us from using it I.e. clinic shutdown. The attitude of head office was basically “sorry but not sorry I can’t help you”. No sense of consumer loyalty, morals or ethics. pure robbery. When I told head office that I will not be using their clinic again and moving to a competitor she still had an “I don’t care” attitude and I have heard the same experience from other clients. I have contacted fair trading and I urge anyone who has a similar experience to do the same!"

"The worst management I’ve ever come across. I prepaid for full laser treatment and they book me in on the wrong machine and incorrect time slots twice in a row. Having to drive to clinics 40 mins away and finding out that they don’t have your machine is ridiculous. They have the details they require on the file. Additionally, taking in people instead of me before I even turn up for my appointment and they can no longer take me in as they won’t have time? This is highly unprofessional for services which they charge thousands for. There so many better laser clinics out there providing a better service. Please avoid results laser clinic and save yourselves time and money."
