To ensure this, we provide the option of Telehealth consultations, allowing patients to receive medical advice and support remotely. For those who prefer on-site consultations and cardiac investigations, we are pleased to announce that these services will resume on Monday, October 11, 2021. Rest assured, we have implemented comprehensive infection protocol measures to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

In line with current health guidelines, all patients are required to provide a full Covid Vaccination Certificate. Additionally, fully vaccinated patients from high-risk areas must present a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours. For patients who are not fully vaccinated, a negative Covid test within 72 hours is mandatory. To manage the flow of patients and minimize contact, we kindly request that all patients arrive only 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Furthermore, we allow only one patient support or carer person in the clinic if necessary. Please note that phone interpreter services are available until further notice.

We understand that not all patients have access to webcams or computers, and therefore, we also offer phone consultations to ensure everyone receives the care they need.

Our comprehensive range of investigations includes electrocardiograms, stress testing, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, 24-hour holter and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and cardiac event monitoring. We are proud to be compliant with the Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme in Ultrasound, as set by the NSW Department of Health.

For those unfamiliar with Zoom, it is a virtual teleconferencing website that provides a platform for patients to have virtual consultations with their doctors. The process is simple: before your consult, we will send you a "meeting ID" via email or text message, which will allow you to enter the virtual consult room through Zoom. Once you have the meeting ID code, simply visit www.zoom and join the meeting. Our staff will notify you when the doctor is ready to see you.
