"**Clear Skincare Warringah Mall** I have been getting skin treatments with the team for the past four months. Being truthful when I got my treatment from MADDY-first time tody( 8/03/2023) She was a most gentle, lovely, and professional nurse. My experience with dermapen skin needling was completely changed. Previously, it was painful, harsh, and the techniques were followed incorrectly. 1) A skin analgesic (Lignocaine gel...?) was not properly used. 2) The skin was not properly cleaned prior to the procedure. 3) needing was so rough to the skin Many of the first time clients must feel the same way I did before meeting MADDY. Thinking It's supposed to be this way and painful, so keep quiet. I highly recommend the skin care Warringah Mall team get refreshment training from Maddy (the registered nurse). To improve the quality of service and make sure every client is treated properly."

"I went into get the “signature acne treatment.” I was a new patient never been to one before and was ignored by the ladies at the front who were sitting on their computers or on their phones. I was in getting the treatment and when they put the red light on at the end the lady walked out and could hear them talking about my skin. When I asked for her to take a break with the probe as it was very sore she just kept going. Spent near $1000 and my skin just got worse!!!"
