"I am a carer and went to the northern beaches community mental health service level 3 this morning around 9 am with my client. I have to say that we have been coming here for a couple of months now and everytime is the same story. Feeling not welcome at all, the receptionists are not happy to be there and working for the community. Not to mention they don't wear masks.But today a doctor joined the 2 receptionists and had a not very pleasant conversation about another doctor. They were using, let's say, not polite and kind words. And I was not the only one attending the waiting area. Not very professional environment. This episode is what made me write this review. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not use to write reviews because if I don't like a place such as a restaurant, Cafe or cinema etc I simply don't go there anymore. But this is an essential place for anyone with mental health issues and you can't just simply "not go" if you don't like the place."
