They have a scratch and dent section which has scuffed products for cheap - worth a visit. I recently purchased a fridge, washing machine, microwave and two air purifiers with the help of Tammy who was an absolute angel. She was on the ball, detail oriented, patient and informative and was extremely helpful with amending all my sales orders. "During my most recent experience with Bing Lee I was assisted by Mario. I bought a Kelvinator fridge from this store in 2018 and took out an extra warranty on it. Couple of months ago the Fridge stopped cooling and without remembering about the extended warranty, I got it fixed by a Kelvinator technician paying from my pocket only to realise a few weeks later that it already had the extended warranty. I have then emailed Mario about my mistake. Mario was very pleasant and understanding about my situation and he, during his busy times at work, has written several emails back and forth with me and a third party insurance company and finally I got a full reimbursement of what I have paid from my pocket. Mario deserves accolades for his professional approach, many thanks to you Mario."
