"Firstly, the order I received today was incomplete. I only go 2 of my 6 items. If my order was going to be separated, it would be great to be notified as I bought ingredients to use the items and this will now go to waste! Next disappointment is the un-necessary amount of plastic wrap which came with my metal tray and scales. How about considering using news paper or use a narrower box. Please consider the impact this is making into landfill and before you say it is made from a 50 recycled material, that's good -- but it doesn't make the product recyclable. Please consider your sustainability efforts."
