"Hi. I went to the shaver shop at blacktown on 22 November at around 3pm.very bad service and rude. I went to buy something that I wanted and I showed them the item online to see if it was available there but staff said it's not there. He checked in the system and it saw it was in stock. He was serving me when some other customer came into the store and he started talking to him. His colleague came to me and started talking to me but he wasn't helpful at all. Instead of looking for Item, he was trying to tell me that the shop next door may have it and go and try there. The woman working there she came and asked what I was looking for and gave it to me straight away from shelf. She was very helpful. I wasn't happy with behaviour and service of the 2 men working there."
