"If I could give a zero I would both with Harvey Norman and with Dyson ……..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS HAIR DRYER AND ESPECIALLY DONT BUY IT FROM HARVEY NORMAN Firstly the product lasted 3.5 weeks before I had problems - it wouldn’t turn on intermittently - it would work then I would turn off to move a section of hair etc and it wouldn’t turn back on - I stopped using the hairdryer so that I could return to Harvey Norman which I did a week later. Upon my arrival I had to wait in line for 10mins whilst the Service person was with another customer who wouldn’t you know it also wanted to return a Dyson Product - finally I was served and begun to explain the situation and said I will show her, get the hair dryer out and it was working even after turning it off & on serval times. Service persons says nothing I can do there is nothing wrong with the Product. So apparently I’m a liar who wanted to waste a Sunday morning to drive to a Harvey Norman store to return a Product that had nothing wrong with it. I explained what was happing with the hair dryer she again said well it’s working fine now there is nothing I can do here is our returns policy read it and if I wanted Dyson to look at the item I would have to pay if they find nothing wrong with it. I explained what was happening with the unit several times, she just shrugs that’s the policy Dyson don’t take back items that are not at fault and we don’t refund… Never have I ever received such bad service from Harvey Norman in the last 15 plus yrs I have been buying all our household furniture and electrical items. I then explained I would not be paying for anything for a Product that had a fault when I was using it had home and wasn’t even a month old and if I had to stand there for 30mins and show her I would. Eventually and I mean eventually Customer Service person realised I might just be serious said ok I’ll send it back and see if they can find a fault, no explanation no nothing hands me a piece of paper for me to sign tells me if I have any questions about the return to check call this number…. That will be the last time I visit Harvey Norman & the last time I buy a Dyson Product - satisfaction is not guaranteed - Be very aware I should have taken a photo of the return policy she put in front of me"

"Came here to do prints. The quality is amazing and worth the money. Staff here are always nice, friendly and approachable. I've never come here and been nagged by the staff. They greet me and ask if I need anything if not they leave you alone and happy for you to approach them when you're ready. And when you do ask for help they are great. And they help you chose what you want as opposed to how much they can sell you. Will come here again."
