"Terrible manager at Campbelltown who runs the shop, wouldn’t stop arguing, cigarette in hand, bad attitude and respect for customers, was just paying, the first time I came I came to pay, and was accused of going to take clothes and my money, when I was obviously going to pay, the second time I came to get something else my card declined because I only had half the amount, and wanted to pay the other half in cash, the deals and prices are okay, I was minding my own business and wanted to leave quickly because of my experience being treated like a thrive. I don’t appreciate the harassment either when followed to my car being filmed, I understand I started filming but because of your terrible service I only did that so you could calm down, but you wanted to fight, and got a random person to ask me questions because you can’t admit to your actions, and btw it is an offence to film and I did not film at all, I was only pretending, coming to my car and filming is not ok, getting in my face, (in my face) because I called out your behaviour is harassment you should turn yourself in, for your own doing, if I could I would return the items I got to have shopped here, , definitely the same person that someone complained about, because I experienced the same thing. Terrible service from the manager she should not work there and hire someone else."

"We bought at sweater at the pop up store branch in Campbelltown and the ‘manager’ was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had already paid for our item when a sales assistant informed us it was mis tagged and was an additional $5. This would have not been a big deal but the Manager immediately went on defence and made a scene and started yelling and swearing at me and her assistant. She even insinuated that someone changed the tags which I’m not sure when we would have done given that the store is in the middle of the mall and that the sales assistant was with us. She then started berating her coworker in a way that was humiliating and insinuated incompetence when from what we saw when we were there, it was the manager fixing the tags on the clothes. We were extremely turned off and decided we wanted a refund as the cost of item was not what was shown when the manager started swearing and hitting the counter saying she’s not supposed to do refunds, continuing to blame the poor sales assistant who just kept apologising for her behaviour and trying to calm her down. We reluctantly decided to just pay the $5 as the manager was giving us a hard time and continuing her aggressive tantrum. She charged me extra for the card transaction (which mind you again was not our fault) and was very unapologetic for the confusion and her behaviour. Looking at past reviews from this business I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the same old woman. I suggest finding a new manager as clearly the current one has no manners and is on a power trip, bullying her colleague. Disgusting behaviour, I would give 0 stars if I could. Only good part of that store is lovely sales assistant Chloe. She deserves better."

"I went in today. The store assistant is so rude, I’m waiting to pay and she refused to let me pay and told me to wait while she was folding a pile of clothes. She wasn’t serving anyone else at the time and I need to leave to attend to other matters and she just left me standing there waiting. She finally came over served me and told me off at the same time saying “ when I tell you to wait YOU WAIT!!” I was so upset by her rudeness and just wanted to leave and realised she didn’t give me a receipt so I turned around and asked her and she refused to give me a receipt. That was when I got frustrated and told her what I thought of her and that’s when she finally gave me a receipt. I will never walk into that store and make sure I tell everyone I know how horrible it is. SHAME ON YOU!!"

"One staff in this store is horrible. The others are good. Only one female staff Is so rude, unseasonably rude, unbelievable any boss hire this person to do the sales job. I never ever had this kind of bad experience. if there is minus point i will not give one stars."
