"This store has poor return requirements, if you are a runner please be aware, go to ASICS as they do not second question any returns even rebel sport, maybe running warehouse should look into customer satisfaction return policy on shoes, and if a product states 30 days return guarantee like hokas, the drop shipper is also entitled to this. UPADTE: I forgot to add the STAFF are excellent nothing to do with them just the policy ."

"Previously great to deal with and had the love the shoe guarantee for years where you could return worn shoes for a month and get a store credit. This ended without any notification to customers, now I am stuck with shoes that dont fit and they will not accept the return as they claim the policy ended in April. Poor communication, would not recommend."

"I’ll probably come to this store for all my future running shoes. Great selection of gear, and helpful staff that are also happy to let you browse at your own pace. They even had a treadmill so I was able to able to take a quick run in the shoes at a good speed before committing to purchase. I really like that idea!"

"Edit: The company continues to refuse to give a full refund for the package I never received. Now they are arguing that they won’t give a refund for shipping charges. The company had made a mistake in the order address which was then bounced. When trying to follow up on the phone, it either goes to the voicemail or met by someone positively rude named Susan, who then says that she will check with the warehouse. When I ask when I will hear back, the answer is aways "You'll hear back from us, when we call you". All the emails go unanswered also. This has got to be one the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. No idea who is running the show there, but it's worse than amateurish. Edit: To the reply posted by RW. You did not ship the order the second time, as according to Susan it still had to be located. When I gave up and asked for a refund, you only refunded a portion of it (you didn't refund the shipping charges), so now I am chasing the rest of it via Paypal."
