"Very bad customer service by lady named katlyn which disregard the customer complaint about aching shoe. Refused to return on the next day and said it is already worn . Being told to contact Skechers for the complaint, if I buy shoes from the store then why I approach elsewhere. Very pathetic and rude experience from this store , never gonna go to this melton Skechers store again. Appalling . Such a shame.."
"I travelled 40 minutes to pick up something I bought online and went to this shop early in the morning, since I have a dental appointment at 10am. was expecting it will be open by 9am, as shown online. I reached before 9am and it was still closed. At around 9.10, 2 girls came in and asked that I wait another 10 minutes because they were "called in". I don't understand those phrase, but as a customer, I expect that when the store says it opens at 9, that means it's ready to do business at that time. And atleast if the staff come in late, they should be acting nicely, not arrogantly, as if they're giving favour to their customers in serving them. Suggestions: Please change your opening time to a time you can actually start entertaining customers. And please, if your staff come in late and there are customers waiting, customers should be treated nicely."
"Very Disappointed with the service and the customer service response to my complaint. Ordered a shoe for click and collect at Woodgrove and travelled 40mins round trip for click and collect. Arrived at 4.20pm and there was a sign on the door which said ring this number 90887641. Did exactly as I was told but no one answered the call. Rang a few times and got really frustrated and left at 4.45pm. Made a complaint to the website and said if they could send the item to me because of the inconvenience they caused, they said they can't and I could cancel the order and reorder the item at my own cost for delivery to which my answer to them was WOW! You've got an angry customer already and this is how customer experiance reacts to your complaint. Asked for channel to escalate complaint, got a response from the live chat lady saying I'll let the customer feedback team know. This is the worst customer service I've received from this mob and I am certain I'll not be buying from them again!!!! I like their products but am very disappointed with the customer service and complaints process. This has put me off the Skechers Brand completely!!"
