"Let’s see how long I get a reply after this review???! I am writing this out of frustration for I bought cricket gear from this retailer over a year ago and paid up front without looking at it trusting the retailer? Everything went well initially but the batting pads I bought tore on the stitching with only a few hit outs? After numerous efforts, trying to message the retailer through calling WhatsApp and text messaging He decided to replace the pads with another pair. He didn’t have the ones I bought initially in stock. Now this has been going on for months now, and I’m frustrated with the lack of communication and the lack of executing what he has promised. After agreeing that he will send me the pads we agreed on I still haven’t received them. It’s been over two months? I don’t know why it seems too hard to deliver his promise? I’ve tried contacting him by phone and does not pick up his phone and does not return calls? I don’t know if anyone else has had the same dealings with this retailer, but it’s very frustrating, hence my decision to change my rating to a one star from my initial 5 star! Very disappointing!!!"
