We also value the involvement of parents in our school community. We warmly welcome parents to volunteer in our kinder, where they can lend a helping hand, spend time with the children, and share their unique stories, careers, or talents. We believe that children benefit greatly from having their parents present in the kinder space.

As part of our commitment to community engagement, Meadows Primary School is proud to be a part of the Community Hubs program. This national initiative connects families and children aged 0-12 to various services, support, learning opportunities, and the wider community. We believe in fostering strong partnerships to ensure the holistic development of our students.

In collaboration with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the City of Hume, Second Bite, and Spectrum, Meadows Primary School is also involved in The Pizzicato Effect. This flagship community music program aims to bring the joy of music to our students and create lasting connections through the power of music.

To ensure the well-being of our students, we offer the Meadows Breakfast Club every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.15am until 8.45am. This program provides a nutritious start to the day, promoting healthy habits and fueling our students' learning.
