What amazing Customer Service! Despite the fact that it wasn't their problem, they still went above and beyond to help me, simply because I'd ordered from them. "Initially had a faulty item, contacted them about this and didn't receive a response on when I'd receive my replacement until I left a bad review about my experience. In the end I got what I wanted but only after I left a review. If they kept up with communication better it wouldn't of resorted to this. Amended my initial review as requested by the owner. 3 stars because communication could be better before people leave reviews."
