"Not happy with this website at all. Purchased a product which was faulty when received. It did not turn on at all. I requested a refund or a replacement however the customer service was terrible and did not respond to me for days at a time until I mentioned the ACCC they responded straight away. I returned the item and they have now had it for over 3 weeks telling me they have tested it and there is no issue- yet I still haven't received anything. They have refused to simply refund or replace the item and are now saying they need to contact their own supplier. They could simply refund or replace however they have just taken my money. Do not buy from this website."
