Reviews
"Pleasant walk with very well maintained path. The falls would be a much better sight after a heavy rain. If you have NSW Park Annual Pass parking is free."
"Nice easy walk, motorway noise can be loud in sections on the Northern end."
"$8 for parking! The signage and path is super vague, we got lost twice. There's two waterfalls worth looking at, on the right side. When you see the circular stepping stones you know you're on the right track, check Google maps to make sure you're not on a multi hour walk to nowhere. It's kind of a dangerous walk/climb to get to the good waterfall have multiple people with you to help you past the rocks. Also beware of snakes, I saw a green one slither by."
"Easy walk, great for kids, lots of waterfalls to stop off to, great gas and wood bbqs, picnic tables, amenities, $8 parking."
"Good mid level hiking trail to the small waterfall. You cannot go in water here during rains as its fast flowing. If its raining the hiking path becomes muddy, slippery, and tricky to navigate as its not paved all way through; and will need some level of fitness to navigate and not suitable for kids less than 5 years old IMO. Parking rates are $8 for whole day at the National Park so very reasonable for a full day to explore Girrakool and Somersby Falls."
