On trying them on at home I found they rubbed the top of my toes and were not very comfortable so decided to return them for a refund as they sold no other sneakers. I was never told they have no refund on sale goods so BEWARE SHOPPERS make sure those shoes are comfy or all you get is a credit!"
"I had a credit voucher which was issued to me on 22/3/22, 6 mons expiry which I didn't realise ( my fault ) however during that time there was nothing suitable for me to purchase. Once something did become available the voucher had expired by 2 weeks and they would not honour it. It wasn't for a small amount either so I was very disappointed that I have just wasted my money, even more disappointed that they just dismissed me and basically it was too bad for me. Zero customer service"
