"I have been seeing Dr. Riordan for the past few years for check ups and ongoing skin treatments. I have never disputed her expertise or rates. This past winter, I was prescribed a facial cream treatment. After the treatment, the Dr requested I scheduled a check up. When that appointment happened, I was shocked at the cost. The appointment was a request from the Dr. to see how the treatment worked. My appointment was for 10:15. I was finally met at around 10:40. The Dr. looked at my face for a total of 1 minute and 30 seconds and the appointment was over.checking out with reception I was told the cost was $193. I understand that this is a specialist Dr. and i am happy to pay for treatments, however this cost was not applicable to the wait and the under 2 min time with the Dr. I contacted the office manager Anne and was told “Everyone’s time is valuable…” and a reiteration of the fees the clinic charge. She mentioned that they text me the Dr was running behind, but that text came as I was already driving to the appointment. Very disappointing that they do not recognize my time outside of a text message. In my opinion, this treatment Centre is avaricious. As a repeat patient and customer, I was disappointed they felt the needed to charge full price for the Dr’s 90 seconds of time, especially after my wait. I will not be returning."

"My biggest concern was the lack of actual consultation before having a large mole cut out of my back. I was told to take off my shirt and lay down whilst the nurse and Dr. Nguyen gossiped and complained about one of their colleagues, rather than explaining the procudure to me. Afterward the procudre, I had a waterproof patch slapped on me and I was gestured to leave the room without any instructions on how to care for the wound or even what type of stitches I'd received. Due to the lack of consultation, Dr. Nguyen opted to give me internal disolvable stitches, rather than stronger external stitches, which repeatedly tore when picking up my toddler resulting in bleeding and a subsequent infection (very painful). I have since changed to another dermatologist and have had much more compasionate and proffessional procedures since."

"I have been seeing Dr Claire Koh for many years. She is extremely professional and is a lovely person. I would have given this practice 5 stars however the doctors here are always running 30 minutes late and the time they spend assessing you for skin cancers always seems a bit rushed. This is not a criticism of Dr Koh, but rather the management of the practice overall. The fact that they do not answer the telephones between 12am-2pm, to me, is also a poor reflection on the management of this practice. An overall rating of 2.8 is terrible guys."

"I have found the reception staff very helpful. Both doctors, Dr Riordan and Dr Bullher have been great. I have had to wait sometimes but I would prefer that the doctors attended to symptoms as they were discovered, as opposed to coming back at a later time. Obviously, this may cause appointments to run behind schedule."

"I just saw Dr Lin for the first time today and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He was very friendly, thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns and was very generous with his time. If I have to go back, I wouldn't hesitate to book in with him again. Thank you so much."
