"I’m not a person who usually gives bad reviews because I work in retail and understand, but oh man is the service here shoddy. Bought from here before, only writing review now after a few bad experiences. Staff aren’t friendly, seem judgmental, very unhelpful, gave me the wrong information on sizing in a very blunt way which made me walk out of the store embarrassed, later checked online and they had given me the wrong info, the shoe is made in my size, but was sold out online, still could’ve told me that or checked other stores for me. Bought a pair of shoes here a year ago, ended up being the wrong size, the person told me it was the right size and that the shoe would give. Was half a size off. Always feel intimidated walking in here."

"Yesterday I wanted to spend $380 on two pairs of shoes in this store but they don't sell half sizes in Nike! I was told there is size 8 or 9 only so I had to say I would take my size 8.5 feet elsewhere. The sales assistant was lovely though, she told me that the Nike store in Westfield's would have half sizes. I felt sorry for the young sales assistant. There was 3 of us wanting service and only 1 sales assistant yesterday and it was lunch time! What store in such a prominent position doesn't cater to all customers and doesn't ensure there are an adequate number of sales assistants at busy times? Very disappointing. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: Thanks for your reply but as you do not stock half sizes in shoes, why would I come back? Lol"

"Appalling service. Avoid going there. 4 sales people standing around an empty shop chatting and they could barely make an effort to find me a size which they brought up to the counter only so I took the box and all my packages away to a corner to try it on. Shoe didn’t fit so I brought it back to the counter where, between the blaring music and the conversation he was having, the sales guy didn’t even hear me say I did not want the shoes and started ringing them up. Seriously! Worth wasting my time writing this bad review so others don’t waste their time going there!"

"Customer service at hype stores is pretty much always dismal but I gave them a go again today. However, received the same terrible half-arsed service. They really need to get their act together and better train their staff."

"Went there earlier afternoon(before Good Friday) as we saw the sales signs on the windows. The lady staff was really friendly, super helpful, fast and efficient, great prices too when items are on sale. Made couple of purchases and overall great customer service and experience. Recommended."
