"I came late to appointment. I was admitted to visit the Dr R. M. But surprisinly the nurse (a lady with black hair) and the GP were constantly treating me irrespectfully (especially the nurse), even the nurse was sighing shaking head at me, and telling off. I even did not insist at all to admit me. I was OK if they would respectfully have told me your appointment has been cancelled because you showed up late, but not admitting me and keeping treating nastily. All negative energy. But the receptionist were nice."

"Dr. Shahala Khan is worse doctor who has big Ego. I'm a patient at Lidcombe Family Medical Centre for many years. A while ago, I gave up to continue going the medical center after I got bad service. However, I decided to go back as Dr. Russell who works here is professional and kind. He took patience concern serious even small concern. Unfortunately, I have to see Dr. Shahala Khan, as I need a female doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Shahala Khan for a while and everything has been well even i can feel she has big ego and treat me a bit careless. Today I had appointment with Dr. Khan again. She asked Receptionist to fax my referal letter to Hospital. Unfortunately, that fax number was wrong. I called the hospital. They did not get my referal letter. The operator at the hospital provided me new phone and fax number. I called back Lidcombe Family Medical Centre and asked Receptionist to check where my referal letter was faxed to. As patient privacy, i don't want my medical information leaked to wrong number that is not concerning. I need to know where my information leaked to. Therefore, I asked Receptionist to find out where did she sent my information and fax my referal letter to right number. I asked her to doble check if the hospital get it. Then she can call me back. So, I can make appointment at that hospital. Ten minutes later, Dr. Khan called me to inform those phone and fax number are non-existent anymore. If the number is non-existent it should not be connect. She said receptionist will call hospital for patient if patient is nice. I can not except the way that Dr. Khan spoke to me. Definitely she did not use any rudes word. But for her to being uncare and blame on me and being sarcastic that I am not good patient, this is way too rude than using swear words. She also mension that receptionist aren't busy enough. What does this mean? I make them are more busy by unreasonable? This morning I was waiting to see her around 30 minutes. I did not complain."
