"I don't know what to say first. I liked this place as the price was good to do some laser. I even wanted to join in the team. I did laser today and the service was poor because the girl who did laser on me didn't even let me know where I can put my bags and clothes. Treatment was quick and the staff let me put some jel on the skin by myself and left. Ok. But suddenly another staff came in when I am half naked. She was surprised as well and said oh sorry and left. I was so embarrassed. Well I am aware the service quailty can vary depending on the price of the treatment they provide. I didn't expect 5 stars hotel service but I think they should show some respects to customers and people. Hope you guys can improve service quality for the future and good luck with your businesses."

"Terrible business they literally stole $200 from me. They made me pay upfront for the upcoming booked treatment so they have $200 that i have paid and not used in their system up until this date. I told them i was not happy with their work (laser hair removal) as the hairs did not fall. This wasn't my first time getting laser done so i had a very clear understanding on what to expect after the treatment. I asked them to refund me the (credit) but they refused to do so I explained multiple times that i was not happy with the service they couldn’t care less. Extremely rude unapologetic and entitled bunch of …’s. I should have taken this to fair trade Australia at the time."

"The girl at front desk had a very rude tone, i was 10 mins late and she gave me a paper to sign, i was reading what was written in the paper as it was my first time doing laser, she told me i am wasting my time reading and want me to sign without proper reading with a rude tone. Atleast allow your customer to read whatever written there before signing your paper. Bad customer service. The girl who did my laser was nice though. She explained me everything later on."
