Now, his passion has led him to the granitic quartz soils of the renowned Bendigo region, where he crafts distinctive, world-class wines.

Situated on the shores of Port Phillip Bay in Werribee Sth, our winemaking process benefits from a unique microclimate. The salty sea air and similarities to the Mediterranean coast create an exceptional environment for cultivating Fiano, Nero d’Avola, and Montepulciano grapes. By combining traditional Italian winemaking methods brought to Australia by our founder's family in 1950 with innovative techniques, we create wines that pay homage to our heritage while embracing the future.

One of our standout wines is our modern and sophisticated chardonnay. With notes of toasted hazelnuts and green apple pear, it offers a delightful sensory experience.
