"Great store and great staff. Daily visit for the morning pick me up. Dunno why everyone has put up pics of the coles supernarket and even left feedback regarding the supermarket. As for complaints of animals.... they are more polite/better behaved than some of the native humans to the area...."
"Good friendly staff, never had a problem with service . Bit sick and tired of walking over or around a dog every time I go in though, shouldn't have to to stand a meter from the counter to get what you want because there is a dog on the floor , at the end of the day you serve fresh food and shouldn't have animals in the store"
"Easy place to shop, good customer service, sometimes lines can be a bit slow with only one or two lanes open for people with trolleys. Have a good variety of items and prices are fairly good."
"Just received junk mail for Coles Hastings with claims like even better and better fruit & veg dept. Who judges these claims? Certainly not customers. Junk mail offers $10 off when you spend $100 plus in one transaction...well, once again not helpful to single people living alone and on a strict budget. There is a bottle neck at the junction of vegetables and bakery - difficult often to get what you want because of the traffic jam. We have to walk a lot further to gain acces to trolleys in store, not very innovatine as I think - can't be bothered and grab the smaller basket and just get a few things."
