"0 Stars. The store did not bother to help us but just laughed when I wanted assistance regarding the Uber driver driving off with our delivery. The driver was claiming we were rude just because we wanted to see the stock before signing off. The stock was in the car and was not brought to the door to see if it was correct. Mind you, if we're rude people, do you think we would have added a tip at the point of order. Kyle did not offer any assistance when I contacted the store and said it was between us Uber. Instead, he genuinely laughed at my face when I asked him he could help. I called the store again when I finally got through to the driver, who basically said we were rude at the door and didn't want to deliver to us. He stated that that the delivery was handed back to the Hallam store. When I called the store again and spoke to Kyle, he said there was no delivery returned. I asked him if there was any way he could contact Uber and report this as I believe it's theft. Again he said it was not a Liquorland issue, and I needed to speak with Uber. I honestly said he was incompetent by not trying to help us, especially when we have been loyal customers to Liquorland (trust me, our Uber account can prove how good we are). I hung up the phone and reported the matter to the Police as to me it was theft. I got a call from Kyle a half-hour later stating that the Uber driver had returned the goods to them, and he believed the driver because in the manner I spoke to him and called him incompetent. By now, I was just stunned to think that am I really experiencing this. He then says that I should not be a D**k over the phone as I need to realise that he has my number and could cause me hell if he wanted to. I stated that he was threatening me now and that I would be informing the Police about this. He stated that he didn't care as I couldn't prove it and that he was a law student, so he knows how it works. I stated that I would be telling the Police about the threat (to which I reported it) and said I would escalate this matter further."
