"I recently visited the local supermarket, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a clean and organized layout. The aisles were well-labeled, making it easy to find the products I needed. One thing that stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. They even offered suggestions for alternative products that saved me time and money. The variety of goods available was impressive. From fresh produce to pantry staples and even specialty items, the supermarket had it all. I appreciated the quality of the products, and the prices were reasonable, allowing me to stay within my budget."

"We are a big family. I ordered $10 of ham, $5 Devon and $22 of smoked fish. The lady in the deli looked my wife up and down and said are you feeding a lot of people. Wife replied, just my family. The look she gave us made us feel very uncomfortable. We aren’t huge people. Yes at our age we are holding on to a few unwanted kilos but the lady more or less publicly body shamed us infront of customers. The Asian guy in the deli is always pleasant but the ladies need customer skills. Hallam is my go to coles and I’m sure the manager of the store will won’t be very happy with my review."

"i had a problem with 2 staff members one was extremely confrontational. michael the person in charge that evening was brillant . great customer service skills and a true gentleman . michael is an asset to coles . as for the 2 workers an utter disgrace . thank you michael once again ."

"Great! just found out new trading hours, they are closing earlier 10pm. Forget it, everything worth buying (as in real food. not junk like chips and chocolates) has sky rocketed. Service is down the toilet, just have to endure the self checkout with 30 items. Also now have to dodge around pallets and metal trolleys and piles of cardboard in the isles in the evenings, while they stock up during the busiest part of the day when people leave work. And to add, people begging for money right outside the front doors, there is a bloke that begs. has no disability, and goes home for lunch and then comes back... this store has really hit bottom, although profits for the stakeholders is booming. Save your money and go to Dandy market for fresher and cheaper real food, vegetables, dairy, deli goods and meat. Shame on the management."
