"The new staff member doesn't speak english and certainly doesn't practice good hygiene. I'd be surprised if he even has an RSA certificate. I asked for a 10pack of 6% Woodstock cans and had to repeat myself half a dozen times. He kept saying "six?" "Six?" I was replying "6%" and "10 pack", then he rips open the box and started taking 4 cans out (also, no mask or gloves). I finally got through to him, paid and left, only to discover he charged me per can price which was ≈$30 too much. You have absolutely no hope of getting advice about wine. I will ask the manager for a refund next time I go. If not, I'll find another local bottle shop."
