"Staff have very little customer communication. Also staff have very poor product knowledge. Staff are very ignorant to the needs of customers. The store fails to even carry Liquorland home products ."
"Just went into the store and the lady was so rude. We asked her 2 questions and she didn’t care in the slightest and just walked off and said the answer which we couldn’t hear. She was more concerned with stacking her shelves than helping the only customers in the store. Disappointing considering so many people would kill to have a job right now."
"Liquorland is an Australian liquor chain, a part of the Coles Group, owned by Wesfarmersuntil the demerger of Coles Group from Wesfarmers on 21 November 2018. Coles Supermarkets established interests with its expansion into liquor in 1981, with the acquisition of Liquorland and Vintage Cellars. In November 2007 Wesfarmers acquired the Coles Group and as a result the separate Coles division was formed, but was again demerged on 21 November 2018.
