"This review is for the store manager who is unprofessional and not privy to return policy majority store operate including rivers. When returning product she will make you feel bad and make it hard. She also threatens/intimidate customer that this is last time and i won't do it again in front of other customer and staff which is disgusting. There are other good Rivers shops in Sydney so try visiting them. I stopped going here and certainly won't recommend to anyone."
