"I had the most terrible experience with Panache. I ordered my wedding lehenga from them which was super expensive. But I trusted some of their reviews, so decided to go with them. It was almost 3 weeks before my wedding. The owner always had a choice to say “no” to me if she couldn’t deliver it on time from India, however she insisted it is Panache’s responsibility to deliver on time once a order is accepted from the customer. She mentioned it is not the “customer’s headache” And I trusted. To start with, I felt it very strange that I would get messages on my WhatsApp at odd hours asking me to confirm the colour of even the threads for my lehenga! I had already confirmed the exact colour when I ordered the outfit. But I replied to every message because I felt it was my outfit and it was important to me. I had ordered customised lehenga from India before and I never experienced anything like that. Exactly 4 days before my actual wedding, when I was so looking forward to receive my lehenga, I got messages from the owner and every message had a different excuse as to why my lehenga might not be delivered to me. She kept insisting that I will still receive it though. There was never a lock down in India till that point. So this time, I could not trust. This was absolutely shocking and extremely stressful for me and I decided that I had to look at last minute options for an alternative lehenga, when my wedding stress was already at all time high. My bridal lehenga from Panache never arrived. And I just had to wear whatever was available to me at that point, which was a compromise. Add to this, is the level of customer service. Not once did I receive a sincere apology from them. In fact I was told amongst all this, that I was in a “no loss situation” because I had arranged for an alternative lehenga and delivery is not in their hands. While earlier I was asked to leave the delivery to them and not worry. As a bride, I felt extremely disappointed that I trusted Panache for such an important day and had to go through extreme stress right before my wedding. Each of my friends and relatives was shocked at how they could not even offer a simple apology. Will never recommend Panache Haute Couture to anyone, specially brides. Not worth the price, customer service or extreme stress. I think the response from the owner confirms the extremely low standards of customer service."
